Community Skill Development: Garment Stitching & Beauty Wellness
Empowering Rural Women through High-Demand, Immediate-Income Vocational Training.
- Garment Stitching & Tailoring Units: We establish community-level stitching centers equipped with industrial and domestic sewing machines. Women are trained in cutting, stitching, and finishing, enabling them to take up local tailoring contracts, stitch school uniforms, and create boutique garments.
- Beauty & Wellness Entrepreneurship: We provide comprehensive training in hairdressing, skincare, makeup, and salon management. We help SHG women set up their own rural beauty parlors and wellness centers, catering to the growing grooming needs of semi-urban and rural populations.
- Market Linkage & Self-Reliance: Beyond just training, we assist in sourcing raw materials at wholesale rates and connecting their finished products to local markets and e-commerce platforms, ensuring a steady monthly income.
- CSR Alignment: SDG 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), Schedule VII (Promoting Education & Livelihood Enhancement for Women).
Green Energy & Sustainable Infrastructure
Empowering Rural Communities through Solar Innovation, Clean Water, and Green Mobility.
- Solar Panel Manufacturing Units: We are establishing micro-manufacturing and assembly units for solar panels and components in rural clusters. This creates direct, skilled green jobs for local youth while reducing the logistical cost of transporting solar equipment to remote villages.
- Solar-Powered Irrigation & Agri-Tools: We replace expensive, polluting diesel pumps with high-efficiency solar water pumps. Additionally, we introduce solar-operated agri-tools (like solar dryers and cold storage units) that help farmers reduce post-harvest losses and increase the shelf-life of their produce.
- Green Energy for Water Security: Ensuring access to clean drinking water is a fundamental right. We install solar-powered RO (Reverse Osmosis) water purification plants and community water ATMs, providing safe, affordable drinking water to villages facing groundwater depletion or contamination.
- Solar Street Lighting & Maintenance: To improve rural safety, extend nighttime economic activities, and secure pathways for women, we install robust solar LED street lighting networks. We also train local youth as "Solar Mitras" (technicians) for the ongoing maintenance of these grids, creating a sustainable micro-economy.
- CSR Alignment: SDG 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation), SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy), SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), SDG 13 (Climate Action).
